AUTOMATED TOWING The Board has granted permission to Mitchell’s Towing to canvass the community at random times and remove any vehicles illegally parked without notice. -No phone calls will be made by the HOA to tow a vehicle; this process is automated through Mitchell’s Towing. -If any vehicle is parked outside of the designated parking spaces on the lower level, it will be towed. -If any vehicle is “doubled parked” at the villas or is parked in front of any carport, it will be towed. -Guest parking will certainly be available for visitors; it will not be abused as a place to park additional vehicles. -If guest parking is not available within a close proximity to the unit, the guest is still expected to find 1 of the 9 sets of guest parking spaces throughout the community. -Any vehicle parking in any area of the grass or in any unmarked (non-designated) area on the asphalt will be towed. -Mitchell’s Towing can be contacted at 540-309-3596 if a vehicle has been towed. -The Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office will be contacted to proxy the removal of each vehicle from the community.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLES Commercial vehicles are prohibited throughout the community.
DUES HOA dues are owed on the 1st of every month, with a grace period until the 10th of every month. On the 11th day of the month and thereafter, a $25 late fee will be applied to the ledger of the unit. The HOA dues are $95 monthly for two-bedroom units and $107 monthly for three-bedroom units and the villas. Payments can be made to the HOA Drop Box located at the dumpster area or mailed to Tinkerview Townhouses HOA, PO Box 26, Cloverdale, VA 24077.
FIRE PITS Fire pits, tiki torches, as well as any other containers that hold a flame are prohibited at Tinkerview Townhouses. Grills fueled by propane are the only approved items throughout the community.
GARBAGE COLLECTION The dumpsters are picked up on Mondays and Thursdays; we ask the community to please fill the middle dumpster first. If you are aware of persons outside the community illegally dumping, please try to take a picture of the vehicle including the license plate number and email this information to the Board. Please include the day and approximate date, if possible.
GUEST PARKING Throughout the community, a limited number of guest parking spaces are made available. Regardless of living arrangements, guest parking is NOT intended to be an extra parking space for the same vehicle on a "day in, day out" continuous basis. Any vehicle(s) found to be in violation will be removed from the community. In addition, any vehicle(s) found to be "rotating" parking spaces (to include guest parking) will also be removed. This rule applies the same to both residents and visitors. Visitors who consistently visit Tinkerview are advised to park in the designated spaces allocated to the unit.
MAILING LIST Any owner who wishes to receive correspondence from the Association can send anemail using our contact page, linked here to be added to the mailing list. PARKING Throughout the community, parking is allocated by the number of bedrooms within each unit. Two-bedroom units are allocated two parking spaces; three-bedroom units are allocated three parking spaces.
PETS Per the bylaws, any pets on the premises of Tinkerview Townhouses must weigh less than 25 pounds; and each owner is responsible for picking up after his or her pet. Dogs must be on a leash when outdoors.
TOWING ENFORCED Each vehicle on the premises of Tinkerview Townhouses must be in good working condition with updated inspection and tags. Any vehicle not meeting these criteria will be subject to removal from the community. If any vehicle is removed, residents should contact Mitchell’s Towing at (540)309-3956. The contact information can also be found on the freestanding sign next to unit 12 near the main entrance to the community.
TRAILER POLICY There is a trailer located to the left of the dumpster area for larger objects; please refrain from throwing these items in the dumpsters or leaving them in or around the dumpster area. If assistance is needed with a larger item, please reach out to the HOA for assistance.
